The main characteristics:

1. Blowing film machine is suitable for blowing low density polyethylene and linear low density polyethylene plastic film, widely used in food, clothing, textiles, daily necessities and other civilian products and industrial products packaging. The raw material can produce pearlescent film and degradation film after formula.

2. Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA. After nitriding treatment and precision processing, they have advantages of high hardness, corrosion resistance and durability.

3. Die head through hard chrome plating, its structure is the spiral mandrel type, with uniform extrusion molten material, good blowing film smoothness. Air cooling device structure is the maze type, to ensure uniform air.

4. The coiling device adopts pressure friction coiling or center coiling, which is adjusted by torque motor to make the coiling smooth and easy to change.
