 The main machine of plastic granulator is extruder, which is composed of extrusion system, transmission system and heating and cooling system.  The screw barrel is an important extruder component.
 
 The screw barrel of the granulation extruder manufactured by our company is made of high quality alloy steel 38CrMoAlA, which can be customized with double screw or single screw according to customer needs. It has large extrusion capacity, low energy consumption, good self-cleaning ability, and high aspect ratio of the screw can reduce the molecular viscosity of plastic polyester, and solve the problem of unreasonable input and output ratio.
