Product Introduction:

Fluorine PLASTIC SCREW IS MAINLY USED IN EXTRUDER OF WIRE AND CABLE, AS WELL AS PIPE PRODUCTS. The fluorine plastic screw manufactured by our company is GH113 (new No. 3 steel), which is a NI-CRMO alloy containing tungsten and has very low content of silicon and carbon.

Advantages of GH113:

● Excellent corrosion resistance to most corrosive media in oxidation and reduction states.

● Excellent resistance to spot corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking.

GH113 Corrosion resistance:

The high molybdenum and chromium content makes the GH113 alloy resistant to erosion by various chemical media, including reducing media such as phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, chlorine gas, organic or inorganic chlorinated media. Due to its high nickel content, GH113 is effective in resisting stress corrosion cracking caused by chlorine, even hot chloride solutions.
