1.Screw Structure and Function
- Three-stage design: Typically divided into a conveying section, a compression section, and a metering section, each occupying one-third of the screw’s effective length. The conveying section preheats and compacts the material, the compression section plasticizes the material (typically with a compression ratio of 3:1), and the metering section steadily transports the melt to the die.
- Material: Wear-resistant alloy steels such as 38CrMoAl are commonly used to ensure hardness and aging resistance.

- Screw Diameter: Common specifications include 65mm (JEDSJ-65) and 75mm (SJ-75/33), meeting different pipe production requirements.
3. Applications and Supporting Equipment

- Supporting System: Requires a production line with a die, cooling water tank, and haul-off unit. For example, carbon spiral pipe equipment requires a wire threading die and a spiral cooling water tank.
