The merging core is used at the connection between the conical screw tube and the mold, and is forged from 45 steel. It undergoes multiple processing steps: forging, tempering, rough turning, heat treatment, tempering, precision turning, drilling, precision grinding, hard chrome plating (nitriding), fine grinding, grinding, and rust prevention. And according to the different characteristics of the materials, different channel designs are carried out to ensure smooth passage of materials through the channel without any dead corners, preventing black lines or quality degradation of the product.
