The screw and barrel are made of high-quality 38CrMoAlA, nitrided to a depth of 0.3-0.6mm, and hard chrome plated. - Main Configurations:
1) Motor: 7.5kW variable frequency motor
2) Gearbox: Domestic high-quality 146 gearbox
3) Heating Method: Ceramic barrel heating, heating temperature range from room temperature to 30°C
4) Cooling Method: Tap water cooling in the loading area, automatic cooling with a fan under each heating zone; each zone has a cooling jacket, water inlet controlled by a solenoid valve
5) Temperature Measuring Element: K-type thermocouple
6) Protective Cover: Brushed stainless steel
7) Center Height: Extruder head center height 1000mm. Equipment Color: 5015 vertical pattern

9) Piping: Each zone’s heating wires are concealed and centralized in the distribution box. Rectangular sockets are provided on the distribution box and control cabinet.
