The screw barrel is made of high-quality nitriding steel with a nitriding depth of 0.5-0.7mm, suitable for EVA nitriding hardness above HV850 - Main configuration:
1) Motor: Adopting Jinyi 90KW AC variable frequency motor
2) Gearbox: Domestic high-quality gearbox 250
3) Heating method: The barrel adopts ceramic heating coils, with a heating temperature of room temperature~300C;
4) Cooling method: There is a tap water cooling device in the feeding area, and a fan is installed below the heating point in each area for automatic cooling:
5) Temperature measuring element: Choose K-type;
6) Protective cover and hopper: circular made of stainless steel material;

The screw barrel is made of high-quality nitriding steel with a nitriding depth of 0.5-0.7mm, suitable for hot melt adhesive extrusion, and a nitriding hardness of HV850 or above - Main configuration:
1) Motor: Adopting Jin Yi 11KW AC variable frequency motor
2) Gearbox: Domestic high-quality gearbox 133
3) Heating method: The barrel adopts a cast aluminum heating ring, with a heating temperature of room temperature~300C;
4) Cooling method: There is a tap water cooling device in the feeding area, and a fan is installed below the heating point in each area for automatic cooling:
5) Temperature measuring element: Choose K-type;
6) Protective cover and hopper: Q235 spray painted treatment
7) Center height: 45 extruders are placed parallel to 100 extruders, with a center height of 1550mm. The extruder can be adjusted in height by driving a screw through a motor with a power of 550W/380V. A lifting button is installed at the outlet, and the extruder can move forward and backward or horizontally through a linear guide rail, which is locked with bolts. Equipment color: to be determined
